WDCS are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced VP R&D to work with our client on aligning their product development with the company's vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. This leadership position will report directly to the board and requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading and scaling R&D teams, ideally within a start-up environment.
As a crucial hire for the business, you will help scale the R&D team whilst ensuring the implementation of best practices, Scrum and CI/CD across the group as they look to scale at pace.
You will be technical proficient (ideally MS tech stack: C#, SQL, Azure etc.), proven leadership skills - managing teams of 12+, posses a strong business acumen and importanlt have strong agile skills and ideally previous experience of implementing/championing agile within a Dev team and wider business.
Role is mainly remote, but will require monthly international travel
