Are you an experienced Senior Developer (Full Stack - C#/.Net) looking for a role with a genuine route to Director/CTO level, then look no further. WDCS have been retained by a growing software house to find a Senior Developer (Full Stack - C#/.Net) who has the ability to move into a Director/CTO role within 2-4 years. The role is very much technically biased and will continue to drive the development and support of the clients CRM software, but it will also have a client facing element where you will be the technical lead and answer all client questions and be involved in the tender process etc. from a technical stand-point.
The current Director is from a technical background and now more on the business/customer facing side and looking for someone to take over from them in a few years who can offer their clients both the technical and business skills. To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate solid experience of full-stack developmnet using Microsoft tech (C#/.Net, ASP.Net - MVC, API's, SQL Server), competent with front-end technologites (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and essentially you have developed CRM/ERP systems with a focus on cloud based. Due to the client facing/interaction elemenent of this role, you will be able to communicate to both technical and non-technical users at all levels.
