As our client embarks of a global digital transformation, part of the main area of focus is transforming their marketing to be more individual to each customer, they are currently moving to customer journeys, campaigns and activities that are personalised and automated by data and analytics in real-time data. In the capacity of Platform Operations and Optimisation Manager you will lead a team of Automation Specialists building common components in the marketing platform and lead Optimisation Specialists ensuring marketing campaign automations are successfully sent.
Within the business you will be seem as the Platform Operations & Optimisation SME, as such you will be responsible for creating guidelines for automation and campaign specialists, campaign components and capabilities, platform optimisation, leadership & management of the current team - max 10.

Role is remote and can be based anywhere in Europe or UK - minimal expectations to be in the office, great package, bonus of up to 30% and a great team environment and spirit.
