Are you an experienced Technical Manager that has helped move clients in to the cloud (AWS) and build and develop new teams and processes. This global brand is actively building a team working on it's commercial systems (pricing & yield) which help drive all commerical aspects of the business.
Technology Team Lead will join a new organisation within the business and lead several cross functions teams for delivery of business needs and strategy and championing agile ways of working. You will have the ability to work and manage multiple intiatives and stakeholders across various locations and situations.
As an individual you will be passionate and have strong knowledge of Agile delivery and driving continuous improvement, track record in delivering systems within a cloud environment (AWS preferred), able to manage cross functional team using Scrum/Kanban, ability to coach and mentor, understand technical concepts and communicate to a non-technical audience and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Mainly a remote role - 1-2 days in the office per fortnight
