Our client are currently working on a global digital transformation programme and are looking for experienced Agile Delivery Managers/Scrum Masters or Tech Project Managers to join the team and lead the adoption of Agile across the business. In the role as Technology Team Lead you will take responsibility for the team and delivery of specific systems, varying from Cloud (AWS), Web/e-Commerce, Payments or MarTech/CRM.
You will be responsible for the leadership and Agile adoption in one of these domains and ensure delivery is against business needs and strategy. Being a global role, you will need to demonstrate experience of managing multiple intiatives, stakeholders and teams across varions locations and in various situations.
You must be passionate about and strong knowledge of Agile software delivery practices, involved with delivering business value and continuous improvement. Experience in a Cloud (AWS), Web/e-Commerce, Payments or MarTech/CRM domain/vertical is highly advantageous. You will absorb complex technical concepts and be able to communicate to both, technical and non-technical audiences. Must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to coach and mentor.
