This global brand is leading the way and transforming all of their ways of marketing and customer experience to ensure it is highly relevant to each individual customer - this client has millions of customers per year.  As they look to become the best-in class online account for booking, planning and managing customer holidays.  The Business Analyst will play a key role in realising the strategy for the customer account, working with multiple stakeholders to communicate and create solutions for common challenges on delivery of this vision.
This role is the first hire as part of a new function and will work across cross functional team that delivers enhanced and new capabilities to the group customer back-end platform, from conception to operation.
As an experienced Technical Business Analyst, you will be exceptional at analysing and mapping complex business and systems processes to develop effective solutions to customer, business and technical challenges, adept at communicating findings/solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, strong Agile experience, able to create user stories, deep technical understanding of API's and worked on back-end platform projects previously.
