Support Services Engineer - Manchester

£26,500 per annum - IT

Are you in a 1st-2nd line support role with no prospects, no training provided and all additional courses you undertake and done via your own pocket?  WDCS are currently working with a growth MSP who are looking to expand the team, with significant training provided and chance to gain multiple Microsoft accreditations all paid by the company there is huge scope for progression, you even be given the chance to work on some tickets to 3rd line level and work with the latest technologies.
 
This is a varied role and will require some onsite client support, 1 day per week in the office and the rest from home - please note you need to have a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
 
You be able to take full ownership of a problem and ensure positive client feedback, you be customer focussed and have a passion for technology and learning.  It is important that you can demonstrate a background across 1st/2nd line support of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Desktop/O365 applications, AD administration and some knowledge or passion of working with clould tech.  Understanding of networks and how tech stacks are built is highly advantageous.
