- Mentoring peers and contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes within the architecture team.
- Supporting governance processes to ensure IT changes align with strategy, standards, and practices.
- Actively participating in business development initiatives, maintaining a holistic view of the change portfolio to stay ahead with the best technological solutions.
