This is the first Product Owner role in the company's history and will work across all brands and be the conduit between business stakeholders and the technology function. You will facilitate and manage the process of understanding and translating business strategy into product roadmaps and ultimately product backlogs of well-definied lower-level requirements that are suitable for driving release planning and product delivery.
You need to be an effective communicator and be able to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations from both tech and business teams up to C level and owner of the business. You will be able to implement and drive the adoption of agile approach, being certified ideally Agile/Scrum certified. Track record of developing products that have facilitated successful execution of business strategy and ideally some understanding of UX and UI design.
