Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Manager who can manage a multi-disciplinary, agile team of experts across Architecture, Engineering, DevOps and Agile Delivery. You will be an advocate and practitioner in quality practices for testing and software delivery.
As Quality Practice Team Lead/Manager you will help move the company to a more automation approach and help champion Agile and DevOps mindsets, you will know what good TDD and BDD look like and be confident managing teams across various countries. You will be able to ensure that members of your team grow and develop both skills wise and in their automation and agile knowledge.
What my client is expecting to see is a deep and practical expertise in quality assurance practices, tooils and methods in agile at scale, strong technical prowess in automation, functional, contract, integration, performance and load testing, as well and software engineering practices like BDD, TDD and CI/CD. You will have strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills, act as an ambassador of the global quality community and be able to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels.
