Lead Full Stack Software Engineer/Manager - Sponsorship Opportunity - Remote

£70-75k + 30% bonus - IT - IT

Are you a Lead/Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who is looking for a more hands off role? A part of a new initiative, our client is looking to hire 6 x Lead/Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to undertake 60-70% mentoring/leadership with 30-40% hands on development. These role will form a 'Community of Engineering' which will lead, advise and mentor on a number of high profile global projects.

As a highly experience practitioner and advocate/champion of state-of-the-art development practices, able to develop global software products and help develop and mature a DevOps mindset you be expected to cover all aspects of the SDLC across an ever evolving landscape. These roles all have the option to move into a more Architecture role in the future, but for now, will give you the chance to take full ownership for a number of projects/products within a cloud environment (AWS).

You be able to demonstrate full-stack development experience and be proficient in either Java, NodesJS or Go, have outstanding JavaScript and JavaScript framework skills, worked in an enterprise environment and be excited by the prospects of working with/learning Micro Front Ends, Modular Web Architecture, AWS and leading a team.
