Our client is currently embarking on growth and needs an IT Service Manager to joins its team and manage the IT Service Operations teams and the delivery on all new systems and processes.
As the IT Service Manager your core duties will include day-to-day management of the service desk and operations team, manage/develop the IT Service Management process and champion a continual service improvement culture, you will be seen as the ITIL SME for all change, incident and problem management issues and provide regular updates to Operations Manager on performance and KPI compliance.
It is essential that you have proven experience in Service Desk Management, worked with ITSM tools and have a strong customer service attitude with significant attention to details, you will also have a strong ITIL background, ideally Foundation or Practitioner certified.
Role is hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the office and rest can be from
