A recognised global travel brand is actively looking to recruit an experienced Digital Product Owner to work on a major re-platforming transformation within it's CRM/Marketing division. You will help shape the real-time customer journeys, campaigns and activities that are personalisted and automated.
As Digital Product Owner you will help priortise and definie new features that combine mobile, email and web marketing with the use of data and analytics and help shape the digital marketing practive globally. You will be able to understand and deliver against product roadmaps, matrix manage a team, able to create user stories and work with agile methodologies in digital product development and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideally you will have proven experience in a Product Owner capacity, ideally working with marketing technology (Salesforce, Adobe, IBM, Braze or SAP etc.) or have a strong web analytics background and understand customer journeys. Huge scope for progression, helping to recruit a scrum team will be part of the remit of this role and the ability to launch global products.
