As the teams Digital Analyst, you will be able to provide performance reporting and insights around metrics like active users, visitor penetration, conversion, average spend value, session time etc. These insights will form the basis of all action plans, backlog prioritisation and help improve the overall customer experience and commercial performance.
This role will be a role where you will be expected to present to senior stakeholders across the globe and will have lots of opportunity for personal growth and development.
To secure this role it is essential that you can demonstrate experience of digital analytics in a highly transactional environment, comprehensive use of data visualisation tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Tableau etc.), competent with tag management, app tracking, customer journey tracking, have strong attention to detail and been confident to stand in front of senior stakeholders and present.
